Stop the automatic monthly charging through direct debit.

Hello,

I am unable to stop my monthly automatic charging by direct debit. Every time I click the "Deactivate automatic charging" button, the button will disappear and the automatic charging is still showing. Please help to stop the automatic charging if possible.

Hello PJP352 ,

your first monthly charge was on 17.08.2020. for the future i stopped the monthly credit recharge by direct debit.
