I have the same congstar Allnet Flat M Flex plan and I want to visit Switzerland. Can you let me if I will be charged for call and data while in Swithzerland? The link provided on the second post is not working for me.

Also I saw someone else mentioned Roaming lock, is that something I could set on my end? I got recently charged for "Verbindungen im Ausland" on one of my line, but I never visit anywhere outside EU.

I thought I have unlimited message as part of my plan, so I am wondering what are those charges.

I am unable to stop my monthly automatic charging by direct debit. Every time I click the "Deactivate automatic charging" button, the button will disappear and the automatic charging is still showing. Please help to stop the automatic charging if possible.
