Ok that explains a lot. I thought changing the address in app is enough. Yes I accept the change price and would like to switch to my current, new place. I was moved by my company to a new spot.

    I am congstar customer since 3 weeks. I am using the homespot SIM card in the location that is shown in my profile by making a hotspot through my tablet. Everything was good until yesterday around 16:00 when suddenly I lost the connection even that I did not move my tablet even a bit. The signal gauge is showing 4G sign with four bars but there is no connection.

    I tried to reset both the connection and tablet and also checked if the SIM card would work when inserted into my phone, but still it does not work.

    Can You help me?
