Hello. Sorry but my German still are poor. Recently I’ve switched to iPhone and I had an eSIM profile activated to my old device. I deleted everything from my old device including the eSIM. Right now trying to log in to congstar app to order a new eSIM but requires identification proof by sms but the problem is that I don’t have access to my phone to do that. Is there any other way? Or I lost my phone number forever? thanks in advance :)
