Ich habe die Allnet flat S mit GB+ und nutze das IPhone 17.
Wenn ich im Ziffernblock *100# eingebe müsste ich ja mein Guthaben abfragen können aber das funktioniert nicht.
und das Datenroaming ist aktiv. Kann es nichtmal abschalten wenn ich möchte

Hallo, sobald ich mein Guthaben abfragen möchte kommt die Meldung das ein Fehler vorliegt. Ich hab auch im Ausland (Nachbarland in der EU) keinen Internet.
Hier funktioniert aber sonst alles. Also ich habe Mobile Daten und kann auch telefonieren. Woran liegt das? Meine sim Karte ist aktiviert. Danke im Voraus. :(
