      Hello,


      I am using a cell phone in Germany using Constar 'prepaid phone time' I purchase at a supermarket here in Germany. Can I use this German prepaid phone time in Italy? If not, how and where can I purchase prepaid phone time for use in Italy?


      Can it be purchased at the Auto Strada highway gas stations in Italy?

      I am sorry to inform you that you will not be able to use our cash card services in Italy. To reload your balance you need to be in a German mobile network. Furthermore bonus minutes will not be used for calls made outside of Germany, you will be billed normally according to our services fees for foreign mobile networks.

      Thank you for your prompt reply. Two questions:


      Can I use German prepaid phone time in Italy?


      1. If I load the with time purchased in Germany, as I normally do, will the service function in Italy?


      2. Can I purchase reload time in Italy at a kiosk service center along the Italian Autostrada highway?


      3. I do not understand you comment: " you did not want to be viable to use our cash card services in Italy." I'm somewhat confused on how I can obtain phone time that will work in Italy.

      You will be able to use your phone in Italy at the following rates:


      - 0,34€/min for calling
      - 0,10€/sms for writing text messages
      - 0,89€/mms for writing mms
      - 0,83€/mb for data services (internet)


      You cannot purchase reload time in Italy, reloading is only possible in Germany.
