Hello,
As I want to buy credit online I need to login to mein congstar but the problem is I forgot my password and what makes it worse I cant recover it because as I remember I think I input my birth date not precisely and now I can't use it.
I didn't call the hotline because my german is not that good. Please let me know if its possible to change my password using my email or let me know if there is any alternative ways.

Yes, it's possible to send you an email containing your password. I suggest you contact us via the support chat (click on the bubble next to the little yellow man on top of this page), 'cause we'll need some more personal data to verify your account. I hope you understand that we can't do it just this way, but the forum is visible to everyone and we don't want you to post your account data in public.
The chat is available from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and I'm pretty sure we'll find someone who'll be able to solve your problem in english.
