    Okay, we tried the restart but that didn't work. I'll swap the SIM and try again. In the meanwhile can you check there is nothing else that is missing/messed up.


    The router is at the location where it is supposed to be. We got the address changed only last month.

    Yesterday, suddenly the homespot router for my Congstar X, stopped working. The 'Network' light is constantly green. And when I login into the router, for the network status I can see 'disconnected' and but has 4G available.


    I restarted the router couple of times. I checked, I still have data volume left for this month.


    And I have to resort to using my phone as hotspot. Since I work from home it is really problematic. Can you please look into it and suggest a resolution as soon as possible.

    I'm using the Router-SIM for the router. I have updated the address and the SIM in my personal data for the Forum.


    Let me know the further steps, so that we can resolve the issue quickly. It has been two days now that I can use the internet without difficulty. Also, if the address is the problem then please change the address as well.

    So the router was working until yesterday morning without issue and suddenly it stopped working. It seems like that the router has malfunctioned. Because the SIM works otherwise in a phone.

    So how can I replace the router?

    Thanks for your reply. As per me both addresses are the same.

    After my message, I took the router SIM and inserted it in an old phone and I could access the internet through that. That's how I'm actually using the internet right now through the phone hotspot. And I also tried using my phone SIM in the router but I think since it is PIN protected the router was not able to auto-authenticate it.

    I restarted the router couple of times and even reset the router and cleaned and re-inserted the SIM into the router, but nothing has worked. I checked, I still have data volume left for this month.


    And I have to resort to using my phone as hotspot. Since I work from home it is really problematic. Can you please look into it and suggest a resolution as soon as possible.
