    Some years ago, I asked Congstar help service to set up a payment method for me. They did. Recently Congstar notified me that none of my payments during this period work out and now they ask me to pay everything at once. I am asking Congstar to send me the record of my communication with their help service to show that my payment method was set by Congstar and if it did not work it is not my fault but Congstar does not do that.
