Thank you for the updates.
I was able to listen to the message, and I understood the explanation of the problem perfectly. However, the voicemail abruptly cut off at the 2-minute mark. Because of this, I unfortunately missed the part where the actual solution and the next steps were explained.
Could the DSL-Team please send me an email outlining the next steps? Alternatively, another phone call works perfectly for me.

Unfortunately, my German is not very good, so I am writing this in English. 😊
My new DSL internet connection was scheduled for activation on 01.07.2026. The technician appointment was canceled, but my router is already showing a physical DSL sync. However, I am not getting full internet access and am being redirected to anschlussinfo.de.
Through that portal, I retrieved my Leitungs-ID. Since the physical line is already synced, I would like to ask whether it is possible…
