    I am unable to book the surf flat 1000 option from 'Mein Congstar'. It
    says 'Aufgrund Ihrer bereits gebuchten Optionen in der Optionsgruppe
    Surfen, können keine weiteren Optionen zugebucht werden.'

    Can someone please help?

    Hello ritayan_m,

    the message you get means that you are currently unable to book the surf flat 1000 option because you still use another surf option.

    It's not possible to have two surf options at the same time. Your old surf flat runs out today. Please try booking again during today or tomorrow. :)

    Thanks for the reply. I got an email today saying that my old option was active till yesterday 09.06.2013. It also shows 'gekundigt' alongside my old plan on 'myCongstar' portal.
