(Entschuldigen, ich musst im Englisch schreiben, weil meine Deutsch schlecht ist).
I have ported my mobile number from O2 to Congstar at the end of May (which seems to be a smooth transfer), and I have a month vacation overseas. After I came back I could no longer call out and there is a message asking me to call the Customer hotline. Can I know what it the problem? And can you help to fix it?
