Kein Internet möchte kündigen - urgent help

  • i have a contract with congstar for 2 years.my contracts remain 7 months to expire now and i have not been using my monthy data of 5GB because of just little or no network in where i live. i only surf the internet with it when i go far away from my apartment. please can somebody tell me how to cancel the remaining contract bacause i cant cope with it anymore.i have been calling the customer care but it has never went through. my first language is English.

    first of all: welcome to the congstar support forum.

    I can't find an active contract with 5GB of Data with the e-mail adress you provided here. If you have technical difficultys (like described) the best course of action would be, that you try out our chat. I can look up any known maintenances or technical difficultys if you tell us the postal codes where this happens.

    If we can't determine a technical cause on our end, we can request review from the carrier.
