Hallo, meine Internetverbindung wird in den letzten zwei Wochen fast täglich unterbrochen. Kann jemand meine Verbindung überprüfen? Ich kann wegen dieses Problems nicht effektiv von zu Hause aus arbeiten.

Hi, sorry for writing in English. I am still learning German I hope that someone can help.

My internet connection is not working since 15.30h today 03.05. I called the hotline and they advised to just wait as it might be caused by the installation of fiiberglass connection in Hamburg. I asked how long should I wait and they didn't give a defiinite answer.

I tried all basic troubleshooting and it looks like the problem lies with the DSL connection itself.
