Hallo zusammen, wir mussten am 14.01.2026 ein Backup des Forums einspielen. Dabei sind einzelne Threads und Beiträge verloren gegangen. Solltet ihr heute einen neuen Account erstellt haben und euch nicht mehr einloggen können, müsst ihr euch bedauerlicherweise auch einen neuen Account erstellen.

Wenn eure bereits gestellte Frage verschwunden ist und ihr unsere Antwort noch nicht gesehen hattet, seid doch bitte so gut und stellt diese erneut. Wir werden euch dann so schnell wie möglich erneut antworten.

  • DSL connection not working

    Hi, sorry for writing in English. I am still learning German ;) I hope that someone can help.

    My internet connection is not working since 15.30h today 03.05. I called the hotline and they advised to just wait as it might be caused by the installation of fiiberglass connection in Hamburg. I asked how long should I wait and they didn't give a defiinite answer.

    I tried all basic troubleshooting and it looks like the problem lies with the DSL connection itself.
