Hallo, meine Internetverbindung wird in den letzten zwei Wochen fast täglich unterbrochen. Kann jemand meine Verbindung überprüfen? Ich kann wegen dieses Problems nicht effektiv von zu Hause aus arbeiten.

I hope that someone can help.My internet connection is not working since 15.30h today 03.05. I called the hotline and they advised to just wait as it might be caused by the installation of fiiberglass connection in Hamburg. I asked how long should I wait and they didn't give a defiinite answer.
I tried all basic troubleshooting and it looks like the problem lies with the DSL connection itself.
