    I complained to the shop (TK Point). They are official sales partner/reseller of congstar, so congstar is not blameless. In fact, they share the larger blame for failure of maintaining quality of their official partners. The shop person just says they can't do anything. So apart from filing official complaint to some German govt agency, I have no recourse left.


    Congstar support says they are looking into it; so I'll wait awhile.


    Yes, you are right. I checked out voda and they are giving 200GB (3x of Congstar) + smartwatch support for similar price + $200 refund.

    I have 4x Congstar sims in family now. I will switch all of them, just out of spite, if they don't make it whole for me.

    You realize how difficult it is for someone to read foreign stuff from online without any internet?


    I am from a third world country and even there, all providers support esims on all devices.

    The fact that I have to _think_ about smartwatch support is foreign to me.


    If I knew about flex, I'd have surely selected that. The local shop didn't tell me anything about it.

    I did read what they gave me and what I signed. That document doesn't say anything about contract period nor does it say anything about missing smart watch support.


    From my point of view, I was deceived because two crucial info are missing from the signed document.

    It is absolutely bull**** that Congstar does not support SmartWatches and do NOT tell people that before sign up.

    I am new in Germany and I signed up for Congstar. The sales rep never told me I can't cancel it before two years. They also do not mention it anywhere that smart watch is not supported. This is like a basic thing in 2024!!


    Now I can't use my Apple Watch, I can't cancel contract either. Way to piss off "happy" customers.
