Problem mit Guthaben aufladen

      Hallo,
      I'm having trouble charging credit to my phone.
      I've clicked on "Jetzt online aufladen" -> €15 -> "Jezst Aufladen" -> "Bestätigen"
      Is there anything more I need to do? Do I have to wait more time?
      I don't want to click it again in case I charge it with more money.
      Es tut mir leid für die Englisch - meine Deutsch ist nicht so gut.

      the money you were charging has been credited to your phone about 15 minutes after you initiated the charging.
      It always takes a couple of minutes. You can check your current balance via *100# on your phone.
