I have been using the alcatel linkzone for a month and 2 nights back the device just froze and wifi signal disappeared. Now the router has all 4 LEDs on even if restart the device, all 4 lights come on and it stays like that.

Hello mirOpias,
I checked and your data volume has been used up this month. This is why the connection is very slow and maybe websites cannot be opened at all at the moment. You can book additional volume on the website datapass.de (with the device).
Kind regards,
Laura.

Hello Laura,
Thank you for the reply, I understand that the data volume is used this month so the speed is slow, but my phone or laptop cannot even connect to the device. That is why I'm worried that it has malfunctioned.
Kind regards

Hello mirOpias,
it should be possible to get access to the device using a browser with: http://mw40.home . Bur if i understand you right, you don't get a WLAN connection to the device at all (?), so it may help to reboot or reset it.
For reboot hold “Power” key for 10 seconds,
for reset hold both “Power” and “WPS” keys
simultaneously for 6 seconds.
You can find a manual here: http://bit.ly/2Bdwjah or in english:https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-33655
If it really malfunctions, you may contact our support Chat ( https://www.congstar.de/hilfe-service/kontakt/ ). We would send you a shipping label, so you could send the device back for repair for free.Kind regards,
Paul

Hello Mark, Paul's answer did not help unfortunately, I did try to contact the service chat but they suggested me to send an email as the person could not speak English. I sent an email more than a week ago and did not get any reply.

Hello mirOpias,
please send that E-Mai again, if it is that long ago, we did not receive the E-Mail.
You can also try the Support Chat again and ask for an employee who does speak english.Kind regards,
Laura.
