Hello, I need help with my Homespot LTE it suddenly stopped working. The light is red for the network and signal. I tried turning it on and off but it didn’t change anything. It’s very unexpected, it was working fine just 1-2 hours ago.

Have you already tested if the router SIM card works in your phone? Please also test your phone SIM in the router.
So you can check if there’s a problem with the router or the SIM.

The sim seem to be working fine on my phone, when I insert my phone’s sim card network and signal are still red…Is there something specific I should do about this ?

Okay. The manual says, there’s no SIM recognized or the device isn’t able to login into mobile network
Have you already tried to reset the router? Is the latest firmware installed?
