we have tried to reach you by phone several times. Is your registered cell phone number still valid? We were unable to reach you at this number and have now sent you an email. A technician needs to be dispatched to fix the problem. Please call us at 0221 79 700 710 (weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and on Sundays and public holidays from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.) to make an appointment for the technician to visit.
