Homespot XL No internet access

Hi,

I bought the Homespot XL one or two weeks ago and I tried it yesterday for the first time with my new Huawei E5577.
Everything was fine but it stopped working at night, do I need to unblock the SIM Card or legitimize or something like that?

Right now I have no internet access through the hotspot.

I looked that up and there is no unblocking necessary.

All you have to do, is to configure your Huawei E5577 using these data:

APN (also called access point)	static
APN name	internet.t-mobile
Access number	*99#
Username	tm
User password	tm
IP setting	dynamic
WINS settings	dynamic
DNS setting	dynamic
Auth.protocol setting	CHAP

I can't see the following settings: IP, WINS, DNS and Auth.protocol
But yesterday the hotspot was working perfectly.

Also... The hotspot shows that it is connected to Telekom.de with 4G but I still have no internet acess.

ok, then a new configuration is unnecessary, if it worked allready.

Do you use the Homespot at the same location you where at yesterday?
Did you restart the router?
Is there any error message?

Thats it.

The congstar Homespot Tarif is bound to the connection address and will only work there.

I see... Didn't know that.
It makes sense since it's called homespot...
But I received the hotspot yesterday and I wanted to verify if it was working on my workplace.

Is it possible to change it?

It is!

you can chance the connection address for example in our service chat (look at the navigation menu).

Unfortunately I can't do this for you here in the forum, because sensitive data (your address) must be given.
