Since your colleagues at the chat-service are fond of giving the same answer which is ‘next week’, I post it here. I am sorry for writing in English, if that is against forum rules, it can very well be removed, as long as I receive an answer.
My question is like anyone else’s: Where is my phone?
Long story short, I ordered a black iphone6s on Jan 12. The confirmation email suggested 10-14 days, which was quite a while ago. Now:
1. When is the next shipment for the people who bought their phones around the time I did?
2. The special offer at the time is not special anymore now, so what are my options now, regarding cancellation?
My two cents: Do not sell something in massive numbers if you are going to have a hard time finding it. It is as simple as that.
(This is not intended for the customer service folk in any way, however, they are bound to give true answers to questions.
