Can I use the Homespot sim with a regular cell phone and use the hotspot setting on the phone instead of using a LTE router?

Hello @divyanandu
as long as the phone is LTE-enabled, I don't see a problem. But note to adjust the APN data in the cell phone for the homespot use:
APN name: internet.t-mobile
Access number: *99#
User name: tm
User password: tm
IP setting: dynamic
WINS setting: dynamic
DNS setting: dynamic
Auth.protocol setting: CHAP
