Need help with getting last name updated

  • Dear Madam/Sir,


    I have created request to update my last name with ticket id Mobilfunk - Kundendaten (Vorgangsnummer gelöscht)


    But even after 2 days the request is not resolved. I have submitted old contract cancellation letter and my passport copy as well to update last name.


    This is urgent as I need to move to congstar as my old contract is over.


    Kindly help me with this issue.

    It is more than a week, I had submitted documents to update last name.

    Can you please help to get this done at the earliest ? As my old contract is getting over this month end and I need to shift to your company.

    I am not sure why it is taking more than week even when I had 2 years contract with old company and all the necessary documents in place.

    Please do the needful.

    i'm really sorry, that nothing happened so far. There are a lot of requests in our operating department and our customers have to be very patient at the moment.
    I just checked your confirmation of the termination and your old contract ends at the 12th of March so there is a lot of time left.

    Thanks for clarification. I am trying to get this done earlier as I had requested for contract extension with mobilcom few weeks back but cancelled after getting to know about Congstar.

    Because of contract extension cancellation mobilcom is charging me more money.

    Can you please ask your operations team to get the name change done by this week ?

    I have placed this request 2 weeks back just to update my name.

    Even after 2 weeks this genuine request is not completed.

    Please let me know if you need any further documents from my side.

    My wife has moved to your service with 2 year contract and I also want to do the same. But this simple request is blocking me.

  • Hi vikramvi,

    unfortunately changing your name wasn't possible. Your order was cancelled. We sent you an email regarding the cancellation on 19 january. Please place a new order with a new customer account.

    When you create the new customer account fill in your first two names in the field titled "Vorname" and your last name in the field for "Nachname".
