Dear Madam/Sir,
I have created request to update my last name with ticket id Mobilfunk - Kundendaten (Vorgangsnummer gelöscht)
But even after 2 days the request is not resolved. I have submitted old contract cancellation letter and my passport copy as well to update last name.
This is urgent as I need to move to congstar as my old contract is over.
Kindly help me with this issue.
