    Sorry but my German still are poor.

    Recently I’ve switched to iPhone and I had an eSIM profile activated to my old device. I deleted everything from my old device including the eSIM. Right now trying to log in to congstar app to order a new eSIM but requires identification proof by sms but the problem is that I don’t have access to my phone to do that. Is there any other way? Or I lost my phone number forever?

  • Hi, if there's not another number in your customer account for recieving the 2-factor-SMS; you have to send your verification ID / passport per contact formular to customer support. The support guys will send you a new SIM per post. After recieving the new SIM you can change back to an eSIM profile.

    For changing the iPhone you should have transfer all data and install the eSIM to the new phone before wiping the old phone.
