    delivery like always wrong information just to get customers really annoying

      i made a contract it says Handy exist ,and after 10 days it says Handy not available, so if ist not available just write not available, but dont lie on customers just to sell more contracts.
      and what makes it more confusing is that i called and ask the employes about where is my Handy first call was on monday and they said tomorrow it will be in delivery so here is the first lie .
      than i waited and nothing i called wednesday i said nothing happened and they answer yes sorry today at night you receive email or thursday with tracking number , so i waited and nothing happened Second lie , so i called today and the Information i got so different from all others they said to me is not available and ill have to wait and they dont know how much so at first ist written at your AGB 10-14 days and than yes sorry we dont have it please wait ha???
      what is this how you could do that make contracts with phones that they dont exist in your Office abd out of stock , how could you do that ?
      by the way this is the secon time you do that with me first time i waited 38 days OMG but this time ill handle it in different day unless you find me a solution

      and by the way if this happened the first tine ok i might understand but nop this is the second time you do that with me and i even noticed with lot of customers too for the first time i waited 38 days OMG but this time ill handle it in different way unless you find me a solution really because its really annoying and what your doing is i guess ilegal ill have to ask a lawyer about it so this doesnt happen with me or other customers again

      You have ordered a as-new-mobile phone. If this is not in stock, you can either wait for it to be available or you can cancel the device and (re)order another phone. This "as-new" Phones are polished Phones. Unfortunately, we as forum service team have no overview of how the stocks are. if you order a new, not used device, it is currently available.


      by the way: The next available device is reserved for you, you are in position one in the queue.

      But unfortunately the same what happened with me first time and I get the same reply that I got for the problem happened with me from 9 monthes
      So simple question : why you do that and later ask me to cancel or make new order , why you just not try to be honest with customers and give them right information but no you don’t you wait untill order is taken and after that you say ja sorry we don’t have it anymore you have to wait.
      so if I want to change my order to a different phone which is available now and can be delivered now so how much time it takes for that and how can I do that , and what’s important is i have to cancel all order and begin with a new full order processes because if so no I don’t want that solution I only want to change phone even if I pay more ? Nothing else and that is directly now send to me this would be awesome and great
