Trying to get a new SIM (18GB / monthly contract) with UK IBAN

Hi there,

Sorry I don’t speak any German, im very new to Germany. I was wondering how one is meant to sign up for a SIM if they don’t have a German IBAN to connect to the direct debit. I tried inputting my information and kept receiving an error. Is there any way around this besides calling (or is there an English speaking hotline?). If not, how would one go about setting it up in person, I can’t seem to find anything about locations in Berlin, am I meant to go to a larger supplier that offers Cognstar contracts too? Any help is much appreciated.

Hi!

You can go to a "Telekom Shop" near you and speak to a customer advisor there. This can then also record your data.

That is the easiest way.
