I do apologize for writing in English, i am not yet that confident with my German.
I was actually moved by Telekom to Congstar because Telekom had no reception where i moved and i was told i can purchase the router from them (SpeedPort Smart 4) and it will work just fine. It seems this was completely false, and even though Telekom said Congstar is their Partner and recommended me to Purchase the Router, is not working as it should.
I discovered that even though my Computer will work with cable and my Wi-fi will work, the router blinks Orange and says is waiting for connection and is currently not having Internet.
After looking it up i saw that Congstar have a manual set -up for different routers also in the mobile app, but nothing for Telekom SpeedPort Smart 4 that i could find.
I tried to ask for the configuration over chat and i was told Congstar cannot really guide me on how to enable it.. Telekom said from their side the router is fine ..
I am hoping is someone that can teach me on what do i need to include in the manual configuration to be able to make it work properly.
If i log-in into the router will tell me that i am offline, and i am unaware on what configuration do i need to insert on that page. I included 3 Screenshots with router initial page, manual configuration and what i need to insert in order to make it work.
If i select other Provider will ask me for Name of Provider, Username, Password, MTU, VlanID if needed. so on.
Appreciate any guidance on this. Thank you!
