Einen Rufnummerntausch können wir nur in Ausnahmefällen wie Stalking etc. anbieten und nur mit Vorlage einer Anzeige bei der Polizei.

Wenn du lediglich eine neue Rufnummer brauchst, weil du unerwünschte SMS etc bekommst, können wir ein "Opt-In" setzen, damit du die Rufnummer zu einem Prepaid Tarif bei einem anderen Provider portierst. So bekommt dein Rechnungstarif bei uns automatisch eine neue Nummer. Den Prepaid Tarif beim neuen Anbieter kannst du nach der Portierung kündigen.
