As soon as the shipment has been finalised, you will receive an order confirmation by email with the DHL tracking number. Once you have this tracking number and know that you will not be at home on that day, you can change the delivery date or have it redirected directly to a post office. However, you can only do this yourself via DHL.

Hello, forwarding to a Packstation isn't possible with Congstar. That's why this doesn't work.

Now I understand, the expected delivery date is tomorrow, so if I'm not at home and the courier arrives, will he take the parcel to the post office and they wait for me to collect or will the parcel be sent back to Congstar?
