Hello , I had ordered physical sim from congstar and it was not delivered to me. A replacement sim was subsequently ordered for me and that too was not delivered. I have the correct address on congstar portal and my name is present on mailbox. I want to give it a last try, can an e sim be issued to me ?

Thanks Patrick, Can you also point out were can I enter the name ? I did add my name just in a textbox in "profil bearbeiten" but I believe that is not the correct place.

Yes the name is now not in the right place, but it is in the profile and therefore OK for now. The name can or should be stored under "Contract holder" (Vertragsinhaber).
