DSL Internet not working

Hello,

I have recently gotten the Congstar Zuhause 100 Flex on January 8. It was working fine until yesterday where the first light on the router is blinking instead of being constant. I have tried restarting the router multiple times and I have even removed the gray dsl cable as well. I am still not getting any internet. Any help would be appreciated.

Just wanted to ask, where exactly will I receive a response? And If possible, I would like to know if this issue can be fixed remotely?
