Die Bonitätsprüfung bei congstar beginnt automatisch beim Bestellabschluss.
In den meisten Fällen erhältst du innerhalb von Minuten eine Entscheidung. Bei Geräten und entscheidungsrelevanten Situationen kann die Prüfung bis zu 7–10 Werktage dauern.
Ein klarer Indikator für eine positive Prüfung ist die Abbuchung der Anzahlung; der Versand wird anschließend per E-Mail bestätigt.
Fällt die Prüfung negativ aus, wirst du vorher per Mail informiert.
