Hallo,

ich habe seit einiger Zeit Probleme mit meiner Internetverbindung. Die Verbindung wird mehrmals pro Woche, teilweise sogar mehrmals am Tag, unterbrochen. In diesen Momenten blinkt die DSL-/Internet-LED am Router rot.

Ich habe bereits die grundlegenden Schritte ausprobiert (Router-Neustart, Kabelverbindungen überprüft usw.), aber das Problem besteht weiterhin.

Im Anhang habe ich Screenshots aus dem Router-Dashboard hinzugefügt (Protokolle, DSL-Spektrum und Statistik).

Mein Deutsch ist leider nicht so gut – hoffe, es ist trotzdem verständlich 😅 Ich nutze meine Geräte auf Englisch, deshalb sind auch die Screenshots so eingestellt.

Ich nutze kein PowerLAN oder dLAN, alle Geräte sind direkt per LAN-Kabel oder WLAN verbunden.

Hi Anja yes, a technician from Tekelom has checked out the connection today. Unfortunately there was no good resolution. He mentioned that the connection from the outside wallbox to my apartment is done with cheap wiring which prone to weather changes / moisture. He couldn't find any other issues. Since this wiring is under landlords ownership, there isn't much Telekom can do here.

Now I'm thinking of having a fallback option with a 5g connection directly from the router. I wish something like this was already in offer from Cognstar.

Zyrous Thanks for the information. I’ll then try to talk with my landlord. In the meantime, I’m planning to setup a fallback with an old Android phone I had lying around (USB tethering with FritzBox). Good enough for me as temporary solution.
