Congstar not shipping to my address (English)

  • Hello, sorry about the english but I tried in deutsch and couldn't quite work it out.

    I am attempting to have a prepaid sim card sent to my apartment but it isn't being received. the first card was sent back to congstar and I'm not sure how the mail is not getting through. I've received mail here before. Can I provide more details such as my landlords name so the new card doesn't get sent back? If so where? I cant provide more details than the general street address in the app under my details.

    Quite desperate for any possible help.

    you can write in english, that is no problem :)

    Is the address in your customer account (please do not include any personal data here) correct, and is your name also on the postbox? If everything is fine, we can send you a new card.

    sometimes the letter containing the SIM card doesn't arrive or gets returned. In that case, congstar will send another letter.

    Is your name clearly visible on the mailbox?

    Are you officially registered at this address?

    You cannot have the letter sent to a different address, not even to your own address under a different name, such as your landlord’s. This is to prevent fraud.

    Make sure your name is written on the mailbox exactly as it was provided here at congstar, and fill out your profile here in the forum according to this information.

    Support will then arrange for the letter to be sent again.
