    Hello Congstar Team,

    Unfortunately, my German is not very good, so I am writing this in English. 😊

    My new DSL internet connection was scheduled for activation on 01.07.2026. The technician appointment was canceled, but my router is already showing a physical DSL sync. However, I am not getting full internet access and am being redirected to anschlussinfo.de.

    Through that portal, I retrieved my Leitungs-ID. Since the physical line is already synced, I would like to ask whether it is possible to activate the connection remotely using this Leitungs-ID?

    Leitungs ID funktioniert nur wenn der Anschluss nicht beschalltet ist vom Vormieter. Was zutrifft bei dir Vormieter ist noch auf der Leitung

    Leitungs ID funktioniert nur wenn der Weg der Leitung der Telekom bekannt ist.

    Fakt ist du brauchst einen Techniker der die Leitung umklemmt .


    Eine Leitungs ID Schaltung aus der Ferne gibt es nicht
